Drawing on her expertise in Occupational Therapy and extensive hands-on experience working with individuals and families, Feyikemi founded Dora-Care with the vision of bridging the gap in behavioral health services. Her organization emphasizes the importance of early intervention, accurate diagnosis, and compassionate, holistic care. Under her leadership, Dora-Care has significantly impacted by offering personalized support that helps individuals develop life skills, thrive in their communities, and reach their fullest potential.

 

Feyikemi’s unwavering dedication to improving behavioral health has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Asia Award for Best Researcher in Mental Health-Occupational Therapy and the Outstanding Advocate Award from the United Nations Foundation. Prof. Taiwo Ojo

The Chairman

Prof. Taiwo Ojo is an esteemed leader renowned for his leadership, strategy, and organizational development expertise. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing mental health awareness and supporting individuals facing behavioral health challenges.

 

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, consulting, and strategic management, Prof. Ojo has worked across multiple industries, including finance, ICT, and energy, in major organizations such as GTBank, Globacom, Mobitel, Powergies Inc., and Chams Plc. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Kish Global Consultants, a global consulting firm in Lagos, London, New York, and Johannesburg, specializing in leadership development, organizational culture, research, analytics, and strategic management.

 

Prof. Ojo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (second-class upper division) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He earned an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and completed his doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA, in 2016. His academic credentials are complemented by executive education from world-renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, the London School of Economics (LSE), Oxford University, and the Lagos Business School.

 

An accomplished academic, Prof. Ojo has published three books and contributed to numerous professional and scholarly journals. He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the International Leadership Association (ILA), the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), and the Ikoyi Club 1938.

 

In addition to his professional achievements, Prof. Ojo lectures at the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) and serves as a Senior Scholar with the International Leadership Association (ILA). His vast experience in leadership, combined with his deep commitment to social impact, brings invaluable insights to the Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation as it continues its mission to transform behavioral health care and support individuals in need.



Dr. Richard Ademola Adebayo is a highly accomplished medical professional with a diverse and distinguished background in medicine, psychology, and psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife. He advanced his expertise with an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management from the University of Lagos. Dr. Adebayo is also a West African College of Physicians (FWACP) Fellow in Psychiatry.

 

Currently serving as a Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Psychiatrist (Special Grade 1) at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos, Dr. Adebayo has held various key leadership roles, including Head of Clinical Services and Acting Medical Director, where he significantly contributed to the development and management of mental health services. His areas of interest include Geriatric Psychiatry, Transcultural Psychiatry, and Social Psychiatry, where he is actively involved in clinical practice and research.

 

As a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, Dr. Adebayo has used his platform through popular radio and television programs to educate and inspire the Nigerian public on mental health issues. His extensive contributions to mental health education have earned him numerous awards and recognition.

 

Dr. Adebayo is also a Fellow of the Institute of Administration of Nigeria and continues to be an influential voice in mental wellness. His expertise, leadership, and dedication to advancing mental health care make him an invaluable addition to the Board of Trustees of the Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, where his vision and experience will significantly support the Foundation's mission of improving mental health services and awareness.

 



Dr Olajumoke Koyejo

Consultant Addiction Psychiatrist

 Dr. Olajumoke Koyejo is a highly skilled and experienced psychiatrist with over 17 years of dedicated practice in mental health care, specializing in addiction medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBCh.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, in 2003. In 2012, Dr. Koyejo attained her specialist certification in psychiatry from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria.

 

Dr. Koyejo's commitment to advancing her expertise in addiction medicine led her to pursue several prestigious international certifications. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for specialized training in Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment, Education, and Policy at Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. Additionally, she completed certification programs in Tobacco Prevention, Treatment, Protection, and Evaluation at the Ontario Tobacco Research Unit and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, University of Toronto, Canada. Dr. Koyejo is also recognized as an International Certified Addiction Professional by the Global Centre for Credentialing and Certification (GCCC) and the International Centre for Credentialing and Education of Addiction Professionals, USA.

 

Currently serving as a Consultant Addiction Psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction Treatment, Education, Research, and Advocacy (CATERA) at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Yaba, Lagos, Dr. Koyejo has been advancing addiction care in Nigeria. Since 2017, she has been the National Coordinator and International Trainer for Substance Use Treatment Education under the Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme, where she has trained over 300 addiction professionals in Nigeria and abroad.

 

Dr. Koyejo’s international training has enriched her clinical approach, enabling her to effectively treat individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Her expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to evidence-based practices, ensuring patients receive the most effective care. She is passionate about promoting awareness, prevention, and education around addiction, advocating for a holistic, compassionate approach to mental health and addiction care.

 

As part of the Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation team, Dr. Koyejo envisions continuing to make meaningful contributions to addiction treatment and mental health advocacy. Her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those affected by addiction aligns with the foundation’s mission to provide comprehensive, compassionate care and support to individuals and communities.



Dr. Dapo Adebowale Adegbaju is a renowned researcher and advocate in mental health. He focuses particularly on addressing the challenges and advancing interventions within psychiatric care in Nigeria. His extensive academic journey, spanning nearly a decade at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Yaba, has positioned him as a key figure in the ongoing efforts to improve mental health services in the country.

 

Dr. Adegbaju’s research interests are diverse, encompassing the epidemiology of depression, mental health initiatives in educational settings, and the rehabilitation of individuals with severe mental disorders. His recent work on “Towards School-Based Mental Health Programs in Nigeria” highlights a pioneering depression-literacy initiative targeted at adolescents and educators, underscoring his commitment to integrating mental health awareness within the education system. This initiative exemplifies his vision of creating sustainable, community-based mental health programs that can have a long-lasting impact on youth and educators alike.

 

In addition to his work on school-based mental health, Dr. Adegbaju has made significant contributions to the Mental Health in Primary Care (MeHPriC) project, which focuses on improving the management of depression within primary care settings. His findings, published in respected journals such as the International Journal of Psychiatry in Medicine and Psychological Medicine, have helped shape the discourse on enhancing mental health care practices in Nigeria.

 

As a trustee of the Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, Dr. Adegbaju brings invaluable expertise in evidence-based rehabilitation and mental health interventions. Oluwatoyin Grace Ayodele is an accomplished professional with a distinguished career in the administrative and legal fields, making her a highly valuable asset to any organization. With extensive experience, she currently serves as the Principal Administrative Officer at the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria. In this capacity, Ayodele has earned a reputation for her dedication, strong work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills, successfully fostering positive relationships with colleagues and external partners. She plays a critical role in overseeing the planning and execution of training programs. She manages administrative staff recruitment, interview, and selection processes, showcasing her adeptness in organizational leadership and management.

 

In addition to her administrative expertise, Ayodele is also a skilled legal practitioner at Sanmi Owoeye and Associates in Akure. Specializing in litigation, legal drafting, and a broad range of legal services, she is known for her thorough and meticulous approach to legal matters. Her ability to navigate complex legal challenges while balancing administrative responsibilities speaks to her versatility, strong organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Kehinde Oluyemisi Ayilara is a highly dedicated and skilled electoral officer with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). She is renowned for her unwavering commitment to fostering good governance and ensuring the integrity of Nigeria’s electoral processes. With a wealth of experience maintaining free, fair, and transparent elections, Kehinde plays a pivotal role in upholding democratic values.
